We offer initial assessment, labs, medication refill and medication management for the following mental health conditions;

• Depression
• Anxiety

 You will be empowered on ways to preserve optimal lifetime health through nutrition and prevention mechanism.

We can order you your labs with most laboratory locations of your choice. Prices May vary depending on the specific lab you need. 

 We can refill your medication for up 30 days supply to any local pharmacy of your choice. More than 30 days supply may require labs. We do not prescribe controlled medications. 

Health coaching focuses on partnering with clients to map out their health goals and plan. We use psychological techniques like motivational interviewing or CBT when coaching to address conditions such as  obesity or diabetes.

Optional weight loss medication- Semaglutide for weight loss. Additional fee required, starts at $250 per month.
